Former Democratic President Bill Clinton (1992-2000) has managed to partially rehabilitate his image by avoiding the post-Presidential mistakes of terrorist-loving Jimmy Carter, for instance. That said, the ex-President’s image is still clouded by scandals past – including but not limited to: Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate, Lewinskigate and Pardongate – reaching back into his time as Governor of Arkansas.
